1. Software License & Device Binding

Upon purchasing Noxith Macro, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable single-user license to operate the software for personal use.

Each license key is automatically locked to your specific hardware ID (HWID) on first activation. You may self-serve reset your hardware binding at any time using the /regenkey command within the official Discord server. Sharing, redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, decompiling, or reverse engineering the software or its authentication systems is strictly prohibited.

2. "As-Is" Software Provision & No Guarantee of Future Updates

Noxith Macro is provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

                        Update Disclaimer & Liability Shield:

                        Because Noxith Macro interacts with third-party software (including Roblox and the Anime
                        Expeditions game environment), subsequent game updates, UI overhauls, patch deployments, or
                        anti-automation measures introduced by third parties may alter or break macro functionality.
                        Future updates, perpetual game compatibility patches, and indefinite maintenance are not
                            guaranteed.
                    

We do not warrant that the software will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with future revisions of Windows, Roblox, or the target game.

3. Non-Refundable Digital Goods Policy

Noxith Macro is an intangible, digital software license delivered immediately via automated Discord bot integration upon payment completion.

All sales are final and strictly non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal is waived immediately upon license generation and key delivery.

Filing fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your license key, blacklisting of your hardware ID and Discord ID, and revocation of server roles.

4. Disclaimer of Affiliation & Account Safety

Noxith Macro is an independent standalone utility and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation, the developers of Anime Expeditions, or any related anime copyrights.

You assume all responsibility and risk associated with using automation utilities. Noxith Macro is not liable for any in-game actions, account restrictions, or losses resulting from user operation.

5. Termination & Community Conduct

We reserve the right to revoke license access and community privileges without prior notice if you violate these terms, attempt payment fraud, distribute malicious modifications, or harass community members.
