Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BloxMulti desktop application ("the App") or our website operated by BloxMulti.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing BloxMulti, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not install or use the application or website.

2. Description of Service

BloxMulti is a Windows utility designed to manage multiple Roblox accounts and launch concurrent instances on a single device. It offers Place ID game launching, saved bookmarks, private server tracking, customizable tabs, and optional WebRTC remote screen streaming.

3. Independent Third-Party Disclaimer

BloxMulti is an independent project. We are NOT affiliated with, maintained, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any of its subsidiaries. Your use of BloxMulti is at your own risk. BloxMulti assumes no liability for moderation actions, warnings, or account bans issued by Roblox Corporation.

4. Premium Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features (including Discord Webhook integrations, account groups, per-account FPS limits, window layout arrangers, and WebRTC remote streaming) require a paid license:

• Monthly Subscriptions: Automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date via the dashboard or account settings.
• Lifetime Licenses: Provide permanent access to all current and future Premium features with a single one-time payment.
• Refund Policy: All digital software licenses and subscription payments are final and non-refundable once processed.

5. "As Is" Software & Limitation of Liability

BloxMulti is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.

6. Cloud Sync Responsibilities

If you utilize the optional Google Drive Cloud Sync feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for creating and remembering your private encryption password. Because your data is encrypted locally with PBKDF2/AES-CBC, we cannot recover or decrypt your data if your password is forgotten.
• BloxMulti is not responsible for data corruption, file conflicts, or unauthorized access to your third-party cloud account.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or exploit BloxMulti for malicious purposes, distributed denial of service attacks, or any behavior that violates the terms of service of third-party platforms you interact with.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted on our website or via application update changelogs.
